Visited Grand Velas Dec. 6 thru Dec 13 2008 My husband and I have visited all Velas resorts but first time in an ambassitor suite at Grand Velas and I must say what a treat ! The staff is the best without question. Even though the # of guests was very low, the level of service was great. Your staff is a large part of what makes your resort so special to us. I only hope that we can visit again very soon.
My only request is please do not change a thing .

Just a quick note to commend the managers of Velas & Casa Velas for their outstanding work. The staff is always so wonderful and the both resorts are so well kept. I commend you all and as an owner at Velas have to say congratulations on a fine job!!!
Have not as yet been to Grand Velas, but hope to in near future.
We visit frequently to Velas and well, along with Casa Velas they are our favorite resorts and we have been to so many in PV….you guys and this place are the best!!! Thanks for many happy, enjoyable, wonderful timeshare vacations and exchanges!!!
