El XVI Festival Gourmet Internacional Puerto Vallarta – Riviera Nayarit deleitará a expertos y público en general a partir del 11 de noviembre y hasta el 21 de este mismo mes.

Las actividades se llevarán a cabo en los restaurantes y hoteles más reconocidos de Riviera Nayarit y Puerto Vallarta. Entre los participantes de este magno evento se encuentra, el restaurante Andrea del hotel Velas Vallarta y Lucca de Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.

El primer restaurante de los antes mencionados contará con la participación de los chefs Hans Gruber (local) y José Manuel Gordian (invitado) quienes deleitarán con su platillo especial: Huachinango asado con biscotti de tomate deshidratado y fumet de limoncelli.

Por su parte, Lucca contará con Rafael Borbolla (local) y Christian Testa (invitado) quienes presentarán entre otras delicias, su Dorado relleno de camarones sobre risotto frito en salsa de tomate ahumada.

From June 15-25th, the exclusive Gastronomic Festival, the Cuisine of Cordon Bleu’s Great Classics from Paris will be held at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit hotel, contributing to the expansion of the area’s culinary horizon.

I was delighted to discover Si Señor Restaurant a few weeks ago, as I went to dinner downtown with my family. The host welcomed us very kindly and gave us a table on the terrace. In the entrance they have different sorts of interesting birds such as Toucans and Cockatoos as well koi carps and Mexican handcrafts.
