The call is out for the Aguas Abiertas Riviera Nayarit 2011 Nado Seguro 5-3 K, or Open Waters Riviera Nayarit Safe Swim 5-3 K, a competition set to take place on the 9th of April in front of the La Cruz Marina. The race covers 1.25 kilometers and 300 swimmers are expected to participate.

The image of a beautiful pelican against an incredible sunset was the shot that won Francisco Sosa Elizondo first place and the opportunity to travel with his family to enjoy the enchanting Riviera Nayarit.

The happy family was honored with a stay at the luxurious Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, the best resort in the area and the only all inclusive in the zone to be rated Five Diamonds by AAA. D´Todo es un programa dedicado a los viajeros o simplemente, a quien desea conocer más sobre distintos destinos turísticos en el mundo. Emitido a través de la señal del canal once del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, la conductora Pamela Correa recorre diferentes lugares en busca de aventura y nuevas experiencias.
Del 3 al 5 de noviembre, dicha emisión dedicó tres capítulos a la hermosa Riviera Nayarit, y es que después de asombrarse con el sinfín de lugares y actividades que se pueden encontrar, decidieron que un solo programa no abarcaría en su totalidad este destino.

Iniciando con un recorrido por la deliciosa gastronomía, preparando chiles rellenos con camarones en la zona de Sayulita, donde además, la intrépida conductora montó una tabla de surf para no quedarse atrás con la actividad favorita de ese lugar.

Refiriéndose a este destino como el tesoro del Pacífico mexicano, la producción mostró los hermosos atractivos turísticos y algunos de los desarrollos de lujo en los que los visitantes pueden hospedarse.

The 4th Aeromexico Golf Tournament took place in this beautiful destination, uniting the No. 1 female golfer in the world with the most important clients and business partners of the airline.

Lorena Ochoa returned to the greens of Riviera Nayarit! The golfer from Guadalajara took part in the 4th Aeromexico Golf Tournament held at the El Tigre Golf & Country Club of Paradise Village, which brought together important clients and business partners of the airline. Ochoa who retired from the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) last May during the Tres Marias Tournament but continues to compete professionally, stayed at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit in the company of her husband, Andrés Conesa, General Director of Aeroméxico.

In addition to Ochoa’s presence at the golf tournaments, various social events took place during the competition in which participants and reporters had the chance meet, greet and spend time with her. These events included a press conference held in one of the spectacular areas of the resort in which cocktails were served to the various reporters.

After the gathering, Lorena Ochoa returned to her suite early in order to prepare to take up the clubs again the following day and play with the most important clients of Aeroméxico as well as regional representatives.

This was the first time this event took place in Riviera Nayarit, a destination that is among the favorites of golf lovers due to its lovely climate and excellent facilities.
